A one-day-only exhibit of rare original World War I posters will be on display in the first floor gallery, along with a general World War I exhibit in the William Wulff display case located in the lobby entrance. At 11am, the exact moment that the cease-fire was ordered on November 11, 1918, the historical society bell, donated by the Roosevelt American Legion Post 84 and normally rung only on July 4th, will be tolled at the GAR Memorial Hall across from the historical society and the reviewing stand, at 20 E.
