Dr. Maria Malayter, Chief Change Agent, Innovations in Change LLC
Dr. Maria Malayter is a business psychologist, wellness coach, and author of “Navigating the R.I.D.E. of Change.” She helps people identify their barriers to success and create breakthroughs for higher productivity and happiness. She empowers individuals through mental fitness, personal development, and strengths-based leadership by using positive psychology and habit transformation.

Dr. Maria has been internationally interviewed for her leadership, change management, and encore career projects. Quoted by The Chicago Tribune, Engineering Today, and The Daily Herald, her thought leadership and inspiring speaking has "wowed" national and international audiences.
